bruddy mewwy

I have seen a version of this - a Bloody Mary with oyster sauce instead of tabasco, but anyhow, I just made a Bloody Mary with Sweet dipping chilli sauce instead of tabasco and really liked it. The chilli sauce was a bit sweet, but the whole thing was different and definitely a good thing. I think for a full on Eastern theme it should be served with a spring onion, instead of the traditional celery stick.

n.b. the variant involving chilli oil is an utter failure as the oil doesn't mix, and floats on the top being a bit unpleasant.

Vodka
Sweet Dipping Chilli sauce
Black Pepper
Tomato Juice
Spring Onion (optional)
