Bin Ban Flim Flam

LONDON - Liverpool Street Station McDonalds bins are all out of action, because they might contain explosives rather than just rubbish.

Looks like a bin, but it's got.. no .. opening ... to .. insert rubbish... maybe on the other side of it... or wait was I just on this side... the sides are completely smooth.. maybe it wasn't a bin after all? so why have they left this wooden bin-like pillar here... with a notice about bins on it? *malfunction malfunction*

On the up-side, it is pretty funny watching groups of puzzled people standing round an ex-bin wondering if they should wait for help, leave their rubbish on top, or just call the police.
